- Requests for bookings will be made by phone call, or face to face, and will be reserved for seven days by a confirmation email.
- Within this seven day period, we would like to show you our cars for a test drive, and to discuss the travel arrangements.
- On agreement to provide the service, an invoice will be sent for the 50% holding deposit. Bookings will be confirmed when the invoice is paid.
- The 50% holding deposit is refundable, providing the slot can be filled by another customer – which is highly likely.
- Full payment is due 10 weeks before the event.
- Customers must provide sufficient input for their route planning before full payment is due, by working closely with our senior chauffeur.
- Decorations are inclusive, however modifications can be accommodated. Due to the vintage condition of our cars, we restrict the use of real flowers – with the exception of buttonholes, corsages and the bride’s bouquet.
- Strictly no smoking, food or drink allowed in these classic cars. We will however be more than happy to stop for any of the above.
- No pets. Guide dogs can be accommodated on request.
- Mileage costs are £2 per mile after the first 20 miles from the company secure Depot in BH1.
- Gratuities for our chauffeurs are welcome, but are not charged in the customer invoice.
- Due to licensing laws, customers are restricted to driving our cars (on prior request) on private property only.
- We cannot be held accountable for any delays to the service caused by the customer themselves, or by force majeure.
- We reserve the right to refuse transport to anyone deemed to be under excessive alcohol or substance inebriation.
- We will not tolerate abuse to our staff or damage to our cars. We reserve the right to refuse transport under those circumstances.
- We reserve the right to provide alternative transport in the event of a breakdown or a significant breach of these terms and conditions.
- A valet deposit of £250 is required per car, fully refundable on inspection of our vehicle at your final destination. This is due 10 weeks prior to the event, and fully refundable if no valet is required.
- The customer will be charged to repair any damage caused to the cars, accidental or otherwise.
